2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
- Example: If your delivery is scheduled for Saturday, cancellation requests must be submitted by 10:00 AM MDT on Friday.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as orders are prepared in advance and delivery routes are pre-planned.
- However, products may still be exchanged after delivery at the same value, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns. Only exchanges are allowed.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To qualify for an exchange, products must:
- Be in good condition
- Be unopened and sealed
- Have all original stickers intact
Products that are damaged, opened, or missing original stickers will not be eligible for exchange.
- Approved exchanges will be scheduled during your next available delivery slot.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for eligible cancellations made within the allowed time frame.
- Once processed, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the product (if possible)
