1. Delivery & Pickup Availability

We offer both pickup and delivery options based on your preference and location.

  • Pickup Minimum Order: $20
  • Delivery Minimum Order: $50

Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your location.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after confirmation and successful payment.
  • Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for pickup or scheduled for delivery.


3. Delivery Schedule

We deliver orders on the following days:

  • Delivery available on Friday
  • Delivery available on Saturday
  • Delivery available on Sunday
  • Delivery available on Monday

While we strive to deliver within the scheduled days, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Delivery Charges

Our delivery pricing is as follows:

  • Free delivery on orders of $75 and above
  • $5.99 delivery fee for orders between $50 and $74.99

All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Order Tracking & Communication

Once your order is confirmed:

  • You may receive updates via email or phone
  • Our team may contact you for delivery coordination if required

Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.


6. Delivery Instructions

  • You are not required to be present at the time of delivery
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Please ensure the delivery location is accurate and accessible
  • You may add delivery instructions (e.g., “leave at door”) during checkout

Grain Nest Foods is not responsible for orders after successful delivery to the provided location.


7. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The delivery location is inaccessible

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery is not guaranteed
  • Additional delivery charges may apply

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or route disruptions
  • High order volumes

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in case of significant delays.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
